Casual business attire is a good guideline. We have guests arrive in full tea dress complete with hats and gloves, while others prefer a more casual style.

In order that you not feel rushed, we generally allow about 1 ½ hour per reservation. If you have a time constraint, just let us know, we’ll do our best to have you out in under an hour.

Guests who are celebrating a birthday with us will receive a “Paris” souvenir. We have delicious desserts you may order and we’ll be happy to add a candle to one for you. Just let your server or hostess know.

We will do our best to meet any guest’s dietary needs. Please let us know when you make your reservation so we may have something prepared. Please kindly note that our kitchen does prepare several dishes that contain nuts and other known allergens.

At Paris In A Cup our guests never have unsightly tea leaves in their cup or a messy tea bag in front of them. Each pot of tea is brewed especially for you and arrives at your table piping hot and ready to pour. This process is quite time consuming and due to the fact that our tea menu is extensive, we ask that you hold your choices to two for your party. Your guests may also have iced tea, coffee or lemonade as their beverage choice.

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate tea parties for children due to the fact that our salon has a very intimate and setting and we do not have a separate room for such events.

Yes we do allow children when they are accompanying one our guests. We do ask that all children remain quietly seated during your entire tea time. Children should be counted in your reserved number in order that they may be seated. Please note that we do not have high chairs or booster seats and we cannot accommodate strollers. Infants should be brought in a carrier and will placed in a chair or banquette. Due to the fact that we carry breakable merchandise, we ask that small children be held by the hand when entering our boutique.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and checks and cash. All checks will be processed electronically.

Yes we do. They are available in any denomination and are good for our Tea Salon and our Boutique. They never expire, because we will always have Paris.

No, if you or your guest prefer you may order iced tea, hot coffee, or lemonade.

We have a maximum seating limit of 48 persons.

We are most busy on the weekends and Wednesday through Friday from 11:30 until about 2:00 PM. We always suggest you make a reservation if you want to visit Paris during these times to avoid disappointment.

Of course we are happy to seat walk-in guests when seating is available. However to avoid disappointment reservations are suggested.

Yes, we do have tables in the front of our building that you may have lunch or tea. You may also get an item to go and enjoy it at our sidewalk seating.

If you are planning an event in Paris and you are hosting a large party, we suggest you make your reservation as far in advance as possible. One to two months is a good guideline. If you are making a reservation for a smaller number, then usually a few days is enough time. Please note that during the Holidays or any special event such as Mother‘s Day, we book up very fast.

The maximum number for a regular reservation is 10, for a closed private party the maximum is 48.
