Simple Reservation Guidelines

Please see below for detailed information

• Maximum guest count per reservation is 8
• For reservations for five or more guests you must call, online reservation request not accepted.
• Walk in’s welcome, however a table is not guaranteed without a reservation.  We strongly recommend calling before coming.
• We do have seating times on the Weekends, 11, 11:15, 11:30, 2, 2:15 and 2:30
• Maximum time per reservation is 2 hours.
• We only hold tables for 15 minutes so please arrive promptly
• If you have a special seating need, like a wheelchair please let us know at time of booking a reservation.
• We do not do children’s tea parties.
• Please no split reservations, as we cannot accommodate them.
• We can provide a Gluten free and vegetarian menu; however we cannot accommodate diary free or sugar free.

New Policy Effective March 1, 2018 regarding parties of five or more.

Did you know that every time you make a reservation and are a “no show”, that the restaurant loses money? A reservation is like a promise. You promise you will arrive at your reserved time. We promise to have your table ready for you. In the mean time, we are turning away other guests in order to save your table for you and your party.  Most dining establishments, especially small ones like Paris In A Cup, actually appreciate your phone call cancelling your reservation. Due to the large number of recent “no shows”, we are instituting the following policy for reservations of five to eight guests.

ALL RESERVATIONS OF 5 OR MORE MUST BE MADE BY PHONE DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS, SO WE MAY TAKE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION IN YOUR EMAIL. CALL (714) 538-9411, WED-SUN FROM 11-5PM. Once we have taken your reservation we will send a confirmation email, please read the entire email and reply per instructions.  To cancel a resrevation for parties of five or more you must email only, no phone cancellations will be accepted.

In most situations Paris In A Cup is not an appropriate venue for children under the age of 8. If a child will be accompanying you please note that they must remain quietly seated at all times and will be asked to do so.  Please inform us if you will be bringing a child when making a reservation. As our salon is an intimate setting, we do not allow children's tea parties. We regret that we are unable to accommodate strollers in our salon and we do not have high chairs or booster seats available.

Due to the intimate setting in our Salon we regret that we will no longer be accepting reservations for groups over 8. If you would like to book a private event in "Paris" we would be happy to have one of our Event-Tea Planners assist you in your reservation. Please call (714) 538-9411 to speak with of our planners. More Information

Our hours are Wednesday through Sunday from 11:00AM to 3PM, with the last reservation time at 2:30PM. The maximum reservation is 2 hours.

We are closed Monday and Tuesday.

Our boutique remains open until 5:00 PM.

Saturday Reservation times are 11:00, 11:15, 11:30, 2:00, 2:15 and 2:30.

Sunday Reservation times are 11:00, 11:15, 11:30, 2:00, 2:15 and 2:30.

MAKE A RESERVATION REQUEST

Please complete the following reservation request form. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or phone call. Once your reservation is confirmed please note that we only hold the reservation for 15 minutes. 

For parties of five or more we can not seat you until your entire party has arrived, and again the reservation will only be held for 15 minutes. Please have your party arrive promplty to avoid dissapointment. The maximum amount for a reservation is 8 guests. Also, please note that we do not do children's tea parties.
